The Retail Manager on Duty assists in leading daily Travel Plaza operations while ensuring exceptional guest service, strong team performance, and full compliance with operational, safety, and financial standards. This role combines hands-on leadership with operational oversight in a high-volume retail environment.
You will obtain payment for goods by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customer's purchases, count money or change, and balances cash register with transactions. Other responsibilities include cleaning list and assign task sheets. You will report to the Travel Plaza Shift Supervisor, Travel Plaza Shift Manager, or Travel Plaza Store Manager.
