Experience Manager OpEx and Guest Experience Health

Job Description Job Purpose of Objective(s): The Experience Manager improves the guest and member experiences across assigned departments by analyzing feedback, identifying opportunities, and driving service improvements in partnership with department leadership. This role creates and promotes a shared vision of experience while consistently representing perspectives.

Salt and Stone Server

You will serve food and drinks in a thoughtful manner ensuring a positive dining experience. You will report to the Food & Beverage Shift Manager.

Sky Tower Room Service Server

Serve meals to hotel guests according to established rules and have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. You will report to the F&B General Manager/F&B Manager.

LPN IV Certified

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN IV Certified) demonstrates competency to help evaluate, carry out nursing plan of care and discharge of patients per physician orders and policy and procedures and standards of care. You will report to the Manager.

Fitness Counselor

The Fitness Counselor 1 builds relationships and provides support to members in fulfilling their fitness goals. You will ensure compliance with procedures and safe functioning of the Wellness Center. You will report to the Fitness Center Manager.

RN - Emergency Room

The Nurse Staff RN renders professional nursing services in the treatment and care of assigned patients. You will provide for the comfort and well-being of patients by assessing condition, providing treatments, and documenting progress and other observations. You will report to the Manager.

Hotel Front Desk Clerk

As the Hotel Front Desk Clerk, you will greet, check guests in and out of hotel, and assist with any hotel inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction. You will report to the Hotel Shift Manager, Supervisor, or Hotel Departmental Manager.

Line Cook - Grant Chilis

The Chili's Line Cook prepares food following all Chili's Grill & Bar specifications and company safety and sanitation procedures. You will report to the Chilis General Manager.

Accountant

Perform technical and administrative accounting work in maintaining the fiscal records and systems. You will report to the accounting manager.

Organizational Development Specialist

The OD Specialist is responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR processes, functions, and procedures while monitoring HR projects and workflow. On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment on establishing departmental goals, standards, policies, and procedures.

Procurement Project Administrator

Contribute to the procurement process by formulating complex, sensitive and formal RF(x) documents, negotiating deals, and meeting product and service needs. Will also ensure compliance with established CNO policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity to meet financial and customer service goals. You will report to the Senior Manager of Procurement Projects.

Unit Manager RN

The Unit Manager RN provides supervision and direction to nursing staff. You will plan and administer the nursing service program to improve and maintain the quality of patient care. You will report to the Manager or Director.
