Oversee daily operations of retail store selling specific lines of merchandise such as cigarette/tobacco products, fuel, gift shop, food service, and grocery items with complete accountability for budget, sales, and management of employees, guest service, profitability, and loss prevention. You will report to the Director of Retail Operations of Travel Plazas.
Prepares, seasons and cooks food for usage in eating establishment. You will report to retail management.
