Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchens in the facility while following all safety and sanitation standards on the chemicals used to clean multiple food and beverage venues and all relevant equipment. You will report to the Executive Steward.

F&B Overnight Deep Clean

Responsible for the cleanliness of all equipment that goes beyond the normal daily cleaning operations to ensure the highest standards are achieved. You will report to the Executive Steward.

Dishwasher

You will help maintain a clean, sanitized and orderly kitchen to ensure the highest standards are achieved throughout the food and beverage operations.
