As a Child Care Substitute, you will be responsible for assisting classroom Teacher with the implementation of the educational program. You will maintain an effective working relationship with other staff, parents, and children. This job is on an as needed basis. You will report to the Director.
The Teacher creates a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment with daily routines, activities, and child supervision. You will ensure the well-being of each child while promoting positive behavior, maintaining classroom organization, and complying with licensing and safety standards.
