The Retail Shift Supervisor maintains the highest priority of Guest Service Standards by assisting with merchandising, sales, and maintaining all CNO Retail Standards. This position is responsible for efficient, safe, and effective operations by assisting with coaching and training new associates. You will report to the General Manager.
Prepares, seasons and cooks food for usage in eating establishment. You will report to retail management.
You will obtain payment for goods by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customer's purchases, count money or change, and balances cash register with transactions. Other responsibilities include cleaning list and assign task sheets. You will report to the Travel Plaza Shift Supervisor, Travel Plaza Shift Manager, or Travel Plaza Store Manager.
