Job Description

|Full Time | Pay: $14.50 Hourly | Schedule: Sunday & Monday 4:00-12:30am, Tuesday 6:00pm-12:30am, Friday 5:00pm-2:30am, Saturday 8:00-2:30am|

Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. 

 

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will help maintain a clean, sanitized and orderly kitchen to ensure the highest standards are achieved throughout the food and beverage operations.

Primary Tasks

  • You will thoroughly clean equipment and facilities to conform to proper sanitation standards.
  • Wash pots, pans, and traps while maintaining the neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas.
  • Clean and disinfect walls, sinks, countertops, floors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and other areas of food service areas.
  • Clean and replace floor mats.
  • You will support the dish room, operating dish machine.
  • Empty and clean garbage cans in dish area and throughout kitchen.
  • Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned

Job Requirements

  • Must obtain a SERV Safe Certification
  • Basic knowledge in the use of housekeeping/cleaning equipment and knowledge of chemicals as it relates to MSDS
  • Understand government public health and, or safety regulations
  • Verbalize and respond to guests and fellow coworkers
  • General computer/keyboarding skills.
