Job Description
$19.50 per hour.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Spa Supervisor will oversee the staff of the spa to guarantee efficient operations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction is attained. You will report to the Spa Director.
Primary Tasks
- You will monitor and follow up on guest feedback through the use of comment cards and other customer care techniques.
- Manage guest complaints and take corrective action.
- You will manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections, cash handling procedures, and general facility maintenance.
- Analyze business volume and develop the staffing schedule to ensure coverage.
- You will implement proper inventory and purchasing procedures, submit finalized PO’s to Director for approval.
- Manage monthly promotions and sales strategies as outlined in the marketing plan.
- You will manage office operations and perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, proofreading, creating documents and sorting mail.
- Assist staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
