Job Description

Base Pay: $11.79/ hourly (Tip Rate Average $5.50/ hourly, averaging $17.29/ hourly total) | Part- Time | Thursday- Sunday Shift Varies
This position offers valuable customer service experience and exposure to high-end dining standards. 

Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position.
 

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will assist servers on the delivery of beverage and food in the appropriate order while ensuring a 5-star dining experience. You will report to the venue’s Shift Manager and General Manager.

 

Primary Tasks

  • You will aid servers in the serving of dining guests.
  • Assist servers on the delivery of beverage and food in the appropriate order.
  • Greet and welcome guests and respond to their requests and inquiries
  • Set/reset tables with appropriate linen and small wares always following food and beverage standards.
  • You will perform side work according to responsibilities assigned by manager always providing a safe and clean work environment.
  • Remove dishes as guests finish each course or when empty dishes are visible.
  • Ensure areas are clean, organized, and restocked throughout shift.
  • Understand safety responsibilities and environmental laws by following established procedures, policies, and training.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • ABLE Certification- 18 years old to serve, 21 years old to bartend
  • Teamwork skills are required to support the success and enjoyment of the guest.
  • Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations, food and beverage preparations
