Job Purpose or Goals: The Senior AI Developer is responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and timely delivery of robust models by collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high code quality standards. Success in this role requires a hands-on, collaborative mindset, the ability to thrive in ambiguity, and the interpersonal skills to build trust across business and technical teams.
Tasks:
1. Build and maintain AI/ML and LLM solutions for structured and unstructured data, as well as, predictive, optimization, classification and recommendation systems. Ensure solutions perform reliably in various environments continuously refining them as new data becomes available.
2. Develop pipelines, APIs, and integrations that enable smooth data flow, support scalable model deployment, and connect AI capabilities with broader enterprise systems.
3. Implement production-grade solutions designed for high availability, ensuring models can deliver fast, accurate results under real-world workloads.
4. Collaborate with product teams to align technical solutions with business needs, provide AI expertise during planning phases, and support cross-functional delivery efforts.
5. Optimize performance and cost by fine-tuning model workloads, improving resource efficiency, and leveraging cloud capabilities to balance quality with budget.
6. Monitor models and detect drift by tracking performance metrics, identifying deviations caused by changing data patterns, and implementing corrective retraining strategies.
7. Document systems and best practices to ensure maintainability, create clear guidance for future enhancements, and support knowledge-sharing across teams.
8. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 4 years relevant professional experience
- 5+ years in ML engineering or software development
- Strong Python and ML frameworks experience
- Experience with LLMs, LLM orchestration, and vector databases
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms
