Pay Rate: $19.30 Hourly | Full Time | Shift Details: 8:00am 4:30pm Monday – Friday 

This position must be available to travel throughout the 10.5 counties. 

Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. 

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Provide support for program to ensure program initiative and goals are met and participants receive their maximum benefit. You will report to the Program Manager.

 

Primary Tasks

  • Coordinate daily program activities and ensure program requirements are met.
  • Support administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date records per program requirements.
  • Prepare reports including gathering and summarizing data.
  • Compose, type, and share letters and correspondence.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Two (2) years of experience program services or related
