Marketing Manager – Brand Marketing

Job Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Marketing Manager helps develop and oversee the strategy and marketing campaigns for assigned programs, or facilities. You will be the subject-matter expert for an assigned market or area(s).  You will report to the Marketing Director.

Full Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional weekend events may be required) 

Pay Grade 15| $85,000 annually

Primary Tasks

  • You will manage marketing activities to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and improve effectiveness of Communication efforts.
  • Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns by analyzing data and reports to implement changes, allowing for the most successful execution of future campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach.
  • Responsible for becoming market expert for assigned programs, services and/or facilities to best understand specific marketing needs and make recommendations on short and long-term strategies by identifying new trends and issues.
  • You will participate in strategic marketing, communication, forecasting and financial meetings. Make recommendations on area-related marketing issues.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans.
  • Work with the operational teams to understand marketing and communications needs, enabling them to meet their departmental or business goals and objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and support.
  • Report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels like web, social, email, events, and online.
  • You will be a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent use of naming conventions, brand architecture and messaging strategies.
  • Ensure campaign guidelines are followed in all marketing assets for assigned area(s).
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or four (4) years directly related experience.
  • Experience engaging target audiences and in creatively creating and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ability to take and give accurate direction.
  • Knowledge of traditional and new marketing channels
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Three (3) years of marketing experience
