ITSM Solutions Analyst 2 IT-Durant HQ

Full Time| Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM| 60/40 Onsite/Remote| Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. 

Job Purpose or Objective(s):  Supports and maintains Enterprise Service Management applications and programs associated with the implementation, use, and continual improvement of service management solutions across the enterprise. Serves as the primary source of solutions for ITSM projects and builds design requirements for applications and programs while consulting with the relevant subject matter experts.

Primary Tasks:

1. Write and improve process documentation, process workflows, and ITIL Practice documentation. 

2. Perform limited continual improvement efforts related to ITSM program management, including building requirements, performing quality assurance, and gathering data. 

3. Review and audit information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels 

4. Identify issues, risks, and bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of program managers and leadership. 

5. Implement solutions for ITSM projects, including but not limited to processes, training, communication, technical solutions, 

6. Advise Enterprise Partners in building business solutions that leverage ITSM resources and best practices. 

7. Coordinate and work with relevant subject matter experts in building process, technical, and behavioral solutions. 

8. Maintain stakeholder relations and facilitate communications to all relevant parties concerning ITSM initiatives. 

9. Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes 

10. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in information systems, software engineering, business administration or 2 years of related work experience 

3+ years of Service Desk, Business Analysis, Project Management, Continual Improvement or Quality Assurance experience 

Good Knowledge of one of the following methodologies: ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile 

Good understanding Service Desk, IT Service Management, and general IT Processes.   

Good Knowledge of process development, process mapping, concepts, and techniques.   

Strong Knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Office Products, IT Service Management tool, IT Asset Management tool. 

ITIL v4 Foundation or Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, or related certification 

Basic Project Management knowledge
