Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Promotions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of all promotional activities, including on- and off-property events, gaming and non-gaming promotions, entertainment, and concerts. This role provides direct leadership to the Promotions team, ensures operational excellence, and upholds service standards for both internal and external guests.
The Promotions Supervisor partners closely with Marketing leadership to support strategic initiatives, optimize team performance, and ensure all promotions are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with brand standards.
You will report directly to the Promotions Manager.

Primary Tasks

  • You will manage all drawings/giveaway, tournaments, all kinds of non-gaming and gaming promotions/events and prepare all the of relative paperwork such as prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms and any others needed.
  • Arrange all promotional materials/items needed for gift giveaway, decoration for all promotions and events.
  • Setup and clear off the promotional stage as scheduled. Maintain the promotional stage/booth/working terminals/inventory storage clean, neat and sufficiently equipped.
  • Provide support for reception, filing, reporting, tracking and trafficking for special events and marketing.
  • You will oversee and help prepare paperwork distributed to inform other departments of upcoming events and promotions and the things needed from their department.
  • Oversee the work of your team to ensure standards are met, train team members, and conduct performance management with staff.
  • Maintain knowledge of company, departmental procedures including MICS/TICS, and Title 31 to communicate accurate information to guests and other team members/departments.
  • Maintain records to document/verify drawings and department activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable in large group settings and able to MC promotions/events
  • Excellent grammatical skills
  • Two (2) years entertainment or promotional/marketing training; or combination of education and experience
