Preference for Employment: Preference shall be excercised in the following order:
- Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Tribal Member or Certificate Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) cardholder.
- Non-native or Tribal member/CDIB cardholder of another tribe who has legal guardianship of a Choctaw dependent (age 18 or younger).
- Tribal member of a federally recognized tribe or CDIB cardholder other than the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
