Pay Rate: Salaried to be discussed | Full – Time | Night and Weekends (Hours will Vary based on Business Demands)
Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Marketing Manager increases headcount and revenue through the development of marketing campaigns for an assigned facility and multiple locations. You will ensure the successful integration between the Players Club with special events and promotions. Depending on location the Marketing manager may oversee related guest service departments and Players Club. You will report to the Marketing Director, casino General Manager.
Primary Tasks
- You will help develop a Reward’s Club marketing plan that supports and rewards its members. Responsible for the implementation and management of the plan.
- Responsible for developing Promotions.
- You will monitor player services activities, club benefits and programs to ensure that we are providing excellent guest service and perceived value to our player base.
- Provide feedback to senior management regarding service levels, profitability and opportunities.
- You will help develop short and long-range strategic marketing plans.
- Work with the main Marketing Department and site Marketing Manager to implement marketing/promotions projects.
- You will maintain staffing levels by interviewing, mentoring, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and terminating associates.
- Maintain accurate and departmental records and reports.
- You will decide the final outcome of guest disputes involving complementary items when an appropriate resolution cannot be reached by a manager or supervisor.
- Provide input concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years directly related experience
- Proficient and familiar with all OASIS capabilities/reports available.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience in marketing or advertising.
- Three (3) years of guest service experience in a high-volume casino.
