FT| Monday-Friday|8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.| Start Rate: $18.00/ hr. 

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will perform routine maintenance on machines, mechanical equipment, and structures and building. You will report to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.

Primary Tasks

  • You will perform maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems in multiple locations.
  • Manage and complete small scale projects, to include developing plans, material lists.
  • Assist Team Members with tasks, insuring safety and quality workmanship.
  • Paint interior and exterior walls and trim, using paint and painting tools.
  • You will assist with general repair and upkeep of machines and equipment.
  • Maintain and repair multiple structures, using different hand and power tools.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on different machines, equipment, and structures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, basic maintenance
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Knowledge of mowers, tractors, power tools, cutting torches
  • 2 years of experience in equipment and building maintenance
