$11.50 hourly // Part Time // Grant Resort

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Chili’s Dishwasher is responsible to provide guest and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware, equipment, and facilities. #LI-HG1

Primary Tasks:

  1. Provide guests and team members with clean sanitized and spot-free utensils plate ware, glassware, and equipment.

  2. Set up dish machine in the AM and closes down the dish machine in the PM according to proper procedures.

  3. Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.

  4. Perform job duties as assigned with outside cleaning and facility upkeep.

  5. Trouble-shoots dishwasher machine malfunctions.

  6. Wash plate-ware, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans and kitchen utensils adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures.

  7. Keep the kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash.

  8. Clean and sanitize throughout the shift.

  9. Complete assigned prep work.

  10. Perform shift change and/or opening or closing duties.

  11. Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

  12. Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.

  13. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

  • Stands/walks 100% of shift

  • Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently

  • Lifts and carries weights up to 70lbs up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler and freezer

  • Works indoors 75%, outdoors 25%

  • Works frequently in hot and damp environment

  • Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Team Members and Managers

  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

  • One plus (1 ) year(s) janitorial experience

MINIMUM

  • Stands/walks 100% of shift

  • Works indoors 75%, outdoors 25%

  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

  • Prior janitorial experience
