Start Rate: $19.30/hour | Full-Time | Multiple shifts available
Job Summary: Observes all areas Casino operations using video and audio technologies, perform various reviews for Tribal Police and/or Casino Departments along with compiling accurate reports on incidents occurring on Casino property.
Primary Tasks:
Actively observes all areas of operations in the casino using digital video surveillance (CCTV) equipment.
Conducts routine observations focused on funds-handling operational areas to determine if breaks in established casino procedures have occurred.
Performs various casino department video reviews to determine breaks in policy and/or procedure along with documenting any found irregularities or deviations of established processes. Documents suspicious activity by using PC applications such as Microsoft Word and/or CIP reporting software.
Reviews video as requested by Casino Management, Safety, Security, Tribal Police etc., and provides incident documentation as needed. May also assist Security and/or Tribal with internal investigations relating to sensitive security issues.
Compiles various reports focusing on accuracy and attention to detail, also ensuring all paperwork is error free and completed in a timely manner.
Remains current on and has comprehensive knowledge of surveillance and casino department MICS, TICS, and SICS and department Policies and Procedures and protects the confidential nature of casino department observations, recorded video and surveillance activities.
Ensures that video is properly referenced and archived for potential future use.
When required, will record video incidents to CD's/DVD's and prepare incident documentation as needed for distribution to various approved Choctaw Nation Departments.
May testify in court.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
MINIMUM
High School Diploma or GED required.
General computer/keyboarding skills.
Ability to work with minimum direction and communicate quickly and effectively both orally and in writing.
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and multitasking ability.
Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
TARGET
Two years of higher education preferred.
