Description
Job Title: Surveillance Game Protection Supervisor
Reports To: Surveillance Game Protection Manager
Job Summary: Assists the Manager in overseeing Table Games operations. Observes all areas of casino operations utilizing the Video Management System with a specialized focus on Game Protection. Will maintain a comprehensive understanding of all card & table games offered at Choctaw Casinos, the rules of play. Provides leadership and supervision of Game Protection Associates.
Essential Functions:
Oversee the operations of surveillance game protection room activities and assist the Surveillance Game Protection Manager
Monitor surveillance activities to ensure applicable governing standards and organization/departmental procedures are followed
Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance related activity and consistently demonstrate a positive demeanor and support of leadership directives
Ensure clear, thorough, and concise communication between all three shifts and the Surveillance Game Protection Manager
Reviewing work of Game Protection Associates to ensure accuracy
Track progress of Game Protection Associates
Promote teamwork with peers and among staff to help ensure the department operates as a team.
Address and resolve guest concerns or inquiries
Additional Functions:
Other duties as assigned by management
Assists in training new associates
