Job Summary: The Slot Director will oversee all aspects of slot operations with specialized attention to operational performance analysis, identifying industry trends, managing annual slot capital, complying with regulations, and working closely with marketing and analytics teams to ensure strategy alignment.

Slot machine count after 2021 expansion is completed: 7,700
Review analysis, make recommendations and oversee execution of changes for slot product improvement through conversions, floor moves and denominational changes.
Analyze physical layouts of slot machines; recommend appropriate changes to enhance utilization, staffing and floor space.
Evaluate slot product and systems including latest trends in slot equipment, games, payouts, network infrastructure and mechanical functions, play aspects of slot machines, etc. and make recommendations for slot products.
Hire, train, and develop the Slot Operations Management team to ensure each team member learns and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of the varied slot products on the casino floor.
Evaluate potential vendors, monitor ability to meet contractual agreements and maintain vendor relations.
Develop and maintain departmental budget to ensure budget is achieved.
Review operational expenses and revenues for accuracy and overall performance.
Track revenue and perform any required documentation to ensure audit compliance and full compliance with internal controls and gaming act.
Implement organizational policies, develops and implements strategic plans for the Slot Department consistent with the Company’s strategic objectives.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong leadership qualities, sound judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills necessary to direct all operations
Knowledge of mechanical functions and play aspects of slot machines, procedures and Casino floor operations
Knowledge of software programs and systems as related to the operation of the slot department.
Working knowledge of slot math used in analytics and reporting
Organizational, analytical and project management skills
General accounting principles to develop business plans and financial forecasts, and to analyze performance
Five (5) years slot operations management experience and expertise in a high-volume Slot Department
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
Pro-active management style that looks beyond problems and current practices to develop solutions to maximize the effectiveness of all business units.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical functions and play aspects of slot machines, procedures and Casino floor operations.
Advanced knowledge of software programs and systems as related to the operation of the slot department.
Strong working knowledge of slot math used in analytics and reporting.
Excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills.
Proficient with general accounting principles to develop business plans and financial forecasts, and to analyze performance.
Seven (7) years slot operations experience in a high volume Slot Department in a managerial role.
