Quality Assurance Coordinator - Child Welfare (Durant)

Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Manage, analyze and report data and evaluate child welfare programs and social services programs within Children and Family Services.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Access, extract, format, analyze, manage, and report on large complex data sets from multiple automated systems in various technology architectures.

  2. Prepare, review, and analyze financial reporting software and reports

  3. Prepare quarterly Title IV-E reimbursement requests

  4. Review and manage the Cost Allocation Methodology for accuracy

  5. Evaluate program financial compliance and procedures in order to identify both positive practices and adverse trends or problems

  6. Conduct structured case reviews to ensure that appropriate plans and services are in place to collect performance data and back up documentation, identify adverse trends and determine compliance with service delivery standards, financial policies (Tribal and Federal) and other policies and procedures

  7. Provide data on a regular basis to staff to ensure accurate fiscal accounting, reporting, and projection

  8. Provide timely documented feedback to program directors and staff regarding missing documentation, safety concerns, and policy violations

  9. Provide analytical support to CFS staff on multiple projects as assigned.

  10. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in statistical

analysis, public administration, social science or closely related field

  • Experience in developing or managing data quality process and standards

  • Knowledge and experience working with a Cost Allocation Methodology

  • Knowledge and experience with IV-E financial claiming

  • 5 years’ direct case work management, such as: assessment, evaluation; conducting investigations of abuse and neglect; preparing court reports; responsibility for a long term caseload, monitoring compliance through home calls and other personal contact; collaboration with other agencies and linking clients to resources and programs; development of a case plan, modification of case plans as needed

TARGET

  • Bachelor's degree in statistical
