Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Players Club Representative is responsible for promoting the success of the Choctaw Rewards Club, by informing players of benefits, offers, and special events, and assisting players with all requests in a professional and timely manner. Associate must be highly customer focused as they often have the first contact with new customers and frequently deal with regular casino customers.

Pay Rate: $14.13

Primary Tasks:

  1. Explain Choctaw Rewards Club program, promotions and other marketing information as needed in detail to guests.

  2. Accurately and efficiently, perform data entry tasks associated with Rewards Club card. Utilize all aspects of the Player Tracker System.

  3. Assist the Marketing department in various projects, promotions and events.

  4. Answer any questions and immediately resolves any guest, associate or management concerns.

  5. Issue comps based on established guidelines.

  6. Stay informed about all marketing activities and events.

  7. Maintain records to document/verify department activities.

  8. Maintain positive working relationship with all locations, departments, staff and vendors.

  9. Comply with all company regulations and policies.

  10. Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

MINIMUM

  • A High School Diploma or GED

  • General computer application proficiency.

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

  • General knowledge of casino facilities and amenities as well as in depth knowledge of casino promotions.

  • Prior experience in high customer contact positions.
