Loyalty Activity Auditor - Revenue Audit (Durant)

Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for reviewing and auditing all loyalty activity through utilization of the customized reporting and player tracking systems.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Perform comprehensive review of all transactions relating to marketing promotions, direct mail offers, complementary items, and player development events to detect possible fraudulent activity.

  2. Compile trend analysis to identify suspicious transactions; perform in-depth review and document findings.

  3. Conduct operational audits of marketing functions to evaluate control strengths and make appropriate recommendations to enhance controls.

  4. Track and monitor exception reports for Loyalty transactions and ensure repetitive issues are reported to applicable personnel.

  5. Monitor identified issues and escalate, as needed, until sufficiently resolved.

  6. Assess the effectiveness of the Player Tracking Systems checklists and make recommendations for improvement when required.

  7. Investigate and report any discrepancies with established control procedures.

  8. Serve as the primary liaison with site revenue audit teams and internal auditors for any loyalty audit fieldwork.

  9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • Knowledge of gaming regulations such as; National Indian Gaming Commission, Minimum Internal Controls (NIGC, MICS), Tribal Internal Controls, Choctaw Casino Departmental Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) Policy and Procedures.

  • Microsoft Office skills including, higher level functions in EXCEL such as Pivot Tables, sumifs, V/H lookups, Graphing, Aristocrat Oasis and OLK

  • Good analytical and reporting skills

  • Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information

  • Good communication skills

  • Two (2) years’ experience in Gaming/Hospitality Marketing Analytics, Marketing Systems or Accounting and/or Audit

TARGET

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
