Lead Slot Service Technician

Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Slot Service Supervisor is responsible for the upkeep and function of all electronic gaming machines at an assigned location. The Slot Service Supervisor oversees the Slot Service Techs who performs repairs, overhauls, and preventative maintenance, on all electronic gaming machines. The Slot Service Supervisor often performs the same functions of the Slot Service Tech.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Coordinate, organize, and execute all machine installs, conversions, moves, and upgrades with Slot Manager & Slot Service Manager.

  2. Perform and oversee machine testing in accordance with accounting, CNGC & NIGC policies and procedures.

  3. Repair gaming machines, contact the responsible vendor, and log the malfunction and repair.

  4. Maintain inventory of all parts related to slot service department.

  5. Ensure the maintenance of MEI Easitrax system, which includes monitoring acceptance rate, cashbox preventive maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of asset management, & ensuring the proper firmware version is maintained on each Bill validator.

  6. Repair and maintenance of hardware pertaining to OASIS 360 player tracking module, research and resolves EGM reporting issues.

  7. Ensure periodic slot machines audits are carried out to verify machine options and information are in accordance with Slot operations and CNGC recorded information.

  8. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

MINIMUM

  • A High School Diploma or GED

  • General computer application proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing).

  • Knowledge of service and repairs for slot machines.

  • Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.

  • Follow established procedures and policies of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Casinos, and local management.

  • Two (2) years related experience preferred.

TARGET

  • A High School Diploma or GED

  • Knowledge of service and repairs for slot machines.

  • Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.

  • Follow established procedures and policies of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Casinos, and local management.

  • Four (4) related experience with prior supervisory experience preferred.
