Expansion Players Club Supervisor Durant Resort Marketing

Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): S upports the Players Club representatives, schedules associates based on business demand, provides assistance or training as required, and sets the standard for performance and customer service to all internal and external guests.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Provide direction and feedback to representatives.

  2. Respond to guest, employee, and management concerns and resolve issues within company policies and guidelines.

  3. Oversee the work of subordinates to ensure standards are met, train subordinates, and conduct performance management with staff.

  4. Maintain knowledge of company, departmental policies and procedures including MICS/TICS, and Title 31 in order to provide disseminate consistent and accurate information to guests as well as other associates/departments.

  5. Complete required reports as needed.

  6. Maintain records to document/verify department activities.

  7. Monitor inventory control of general office/rewards club supplies.

  8. Assist with the execution of events and promotions as needed.

  9. Attend training and workshops to develop marketing skills.

  10. Other duties as assigned .

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

MINIMUM

  • A High School Diploma or GED

  • General computer application proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing)

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services

  • Makes well-informed, effective, and timely decisions, even when data are limited or solutions produce unpleasant consequences; perceives the impact and implications of decisions.

  • Ability to writes in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.

  • One (1) year prior experience in Marketing/Advertising
