Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Enterprise Change Manager is responsible for leading the change management activities for high-level IT projects. Focusing on the people side of change, this position must demonstrate a mastery of people relationships and change management principles.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Expert in managing enterprise wide transformation programs, that collectively engages an organization to adopt the planned change.

  2. High level of emotional intelligence; understand people relations and the capacity to enhance working relationships in all departments making you a preferred and trusted partner.

  3. Develop & deliver workshops to train and communicate change activities for stakeholders, senior level executives and large groups that facilitate ongoing engagement with all various stakeholders

  4. Communicates effectively inside the organization. Aligns complex projects and work in order to achieve departmental goals. Can articulate complex operational challenges in an understandable way to an audience unfamiliar with departmental concepts.

  5. Extensive ability to influence external departments and a wide range of issues pertaining to departmental function (IT). Knowledge of building coalitions of diverse teams aligned with impacting organizational goals.

  6. Applies problem solving and critical thinking skills to solve highly complex issues with a very broad scope. Requires no guidance and direction.

  7. Prepare communication materials including presentations and written communications identified within the communication plan. Able to prepare ad hoc communication material as needed.

  8. Guide the creation and maintenance of all program-related training materials, approach, training schedule development, training metrics, measurement approach, and training environment.

  9. Support the development of strategies and detailed plans to ensure end user adoption of new tools and business processes related to enterprise wide changes, and the ability to understand and undertake work across divisions on enterprise project management.

  10. Perform other duties that may be assigned

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or related field

  • Change Management Certification in 90 days

  • Expert in communications, training and support

  • Experience working with employees at all levels

  • Expert at project planning, organizing, communication, and team motivation

  • Excellent consulting skills with the ability to influence other

  • 7 years experience in Change Management

  • Proven experience in Cultural Change

TARGET

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field

  • Change Management Certified, PROSCI or Kotter

  • Expert working with employees at all levels

  • Expert consulting skills with the ability to influence other

  • Expert at project planning, organizing, communication, and team motivation

  • 10 years experience in Change Management

  • Expert in Cultural and Behavioral Change
