Description
Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will provide Guests with entertainment options to create the ultimate entertainment center experience. You will report to the District Supervisors, Shift Managers, or Manager on duty.
15/hour | Part Time | Must have flexible hours and be able to work evenings/late nights
Primary Tasks:
You will greet guests, provide information, and answer questions about facilities, entertainment choices, rules, and regulations.
Perform minor repairs on all games as directed by management.
Maintain cleanliness; organize and stock work areas.
Monitor event activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures.
Process payment transactions.
Perform opening, mid-day, or closing preparations, cleaning and maintenance tasks according to the requirements of the shift worked.
Inspect the equipment to ensure it is working and report wear, damage, or problems of games to management immediately.
Other tasks as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM
Operate computer, cash register, and credit card verification equipment
Basic reading skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
Have good customer relations abilities, and manner, cooperative attitude, and team-oriented.
A minimum of 6 months prior job experience
