Business Relationship Manager 3 (Commerce IT)

Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for high-level relationship management with clients. Serves as the primary management contact and client liaison during delivery of a professional services engagement or an outsourced solution. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact to the business’ executive level leadership in dealing with technology service improvements and relationship management.

  2. Creates, negotiates, and monitors the IT services agreed upon SLA’s/OLA’s and reports on breeches to the executive level leadership of the business and IT.

  3. Assess and comprehend desired business outcomes at a strategic level and assists in provisioning IT solutions when applicable.

  4. Participates in strategic planning with the business to align IT to deliver services

  5. Conducts personal interviews with executive level business leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.

  6. Reviews service improvement plans with executive level leadership of the business and IT.

  7. Reviews Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for signs of degraded service. Reports on any a negative trends.

  8. Monitors strategic goals of the business. Reports on any negative trends or missed deadlines.

  9. Strategically focused and responsible for business satisfaction of IT Services delivered.

  10. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Computer Technology field or equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to collaborate IT solutions or business development

  • Familiar with Project Management and implementation processes

  • analytical skills and customer service abilities

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks

  • Great communication and presentation skills

  • Seven years of related business experience in building and maintaining relationships with customer, clients and colleagues

TARGET

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Computer Technology field

  • Ability to collaborate IT solutions or business development with increasing responsibility

  • Experience with Project Management and implementing IT Solutions

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ten years of IT or related business experience in building and maintaining relationships with customer, clients and colleagues
