Cage Cashier- Broken Bow Casino Too
Pay Rate: $9.25 Hourly, Part Time (Plus Tips, Tips not guaranteed.)
Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Cage Cashier is responsible for paying out winning gaming machine tickets and/or chips and tokens to customers who present them .
Primary Tasks:
Responsible for large sums of money and payout of tickets; therefore, the cashier must follow Casino procedures exactly.
Ensure all required paperwork is signed and in the shift packets for auditing procedures.
Ensure the customer has signed for all payout for tickets over location-set amount before ticket is paid.
Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, etc.
Make change at customer’s request; exchange money, credit, tokens and tickets.
Verify identification of customers when needed.
Verify authenticity of tickets and requests for payouts.
Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
MINIMUM
Experience in handling large volumes of cash
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Knowledge of high volume cash handling procedures, policies, and rules
Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)
Apply oral or written communication techniques
TARGET
High School Diploma or GED
