Job Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Setup and Load Technician stage the event area, assists during functions, and provides the best customer service to our guests. You will report to the Banquets Manager.

 

Primary Tasks

  • You will prepare space before events/meetings. Ensure set up for all tables, chairs, equipment, and other accouterments according to event order.
  • Tear down space after events/meetings. Organize and clean the Entertainment and Events area.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment as available for each function.
  • Ensure appropriate equipment is available for each function.
  • You will check assigned events for details and special circumstances.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Promptly address and resolve guest concerns or inquiries.
  • Perform other tasks may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of customer service experience in the hospitality industry
  • Can bend and carry multiple times during shift
